  • The customer acknowledges and agrees that OPEN may use the e-mail address provided by the Customer to open an account, or as changed by the Customer from time to time, as the primary means of communication. 4. Service Fees and Payments
  • Platform Service Rates - Premium Package shall be as specified inwebsiteThe Platform Fees do not include fees associated with third party services, such as online payment system fees.

  • The customer agrees to be responsible for platform fees. and/or expenses Arising from the use of Platform-Premium Package (if any) and/or service charges related to third party services such as online payment system fees.   • หากลูกค้าไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ และ/หรือข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของ Wix และ/หรือ โอเพ่นเพย์เมนต์ และ/หรือไม่ชำระค่าบริการแพลตฟอร์ม และ/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม-แพ็คเกจ พรีเมี่ยม (หากมี) และ/หรือค่าบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการของบุคคลที่สามภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โอเพ่น และ/หรือ Wix และ/หรือ โอเพ่นเพย์เม้นต์มีสิทธิที่จะระงับการให้บริการ/บัญชีผู้ใช้ และ/หรือยกเลิกการให้บริการ/บัญชีผู้ใช้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมด และ/หรือบางส่วนได้

  • การยกเลิกการใช้บริการ และ/หรือ การสิ้นสุดสัญญาไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม จะไม่กระทบต่อสิทธิหรือภาระผูกพันของลูกค้าและโอเพ่นที่มีอยู่ก่อนหน้า ที่ที่การให้บริการสิ้นสุดลง

9. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

10. Third Party Services
  • In some cases, Open may refer customers. or enable the Customer to use and/or access the Services of third parties for the benefit of the Customer. The services of third parties include providing software, applications, products, website links. or other types of products or services, etc. In this regard, the customer will directly enter into a contract with such service provider. and the customer agrees to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions of Such service providers, however, these terms of use are still binding on customers.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Open has no authority to direct and control the above providers, therefore, the Customer assumes any risk. relating to the use of the service Such service providers are solely responsible for any damages. Whether directly or indirectly related to the service of such service providers

  • Open has the right to suspend and/or terminate Customer's access to Third-Party Services at any time without notice to Customer. In this case Open reserves the right of any liability. Either directly or indirectly in connection with the suspension and/or termination of the service of such service provider.

  • In the event that the Customer installs or activates a third-party service. To be used in conjunction with Platform Services - Premium Packages It is assumed that the customer has given permission to Open Able. 11. Other
  • These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

  • If any term, agreement, contract or any statement in these terms of use void or void The remainder of the Agreement shall continue in force.
